Flood barrier installation in Leominster

Floodsafe projects recently installed 6 flood defence barriers in Leominster, Herefordshire.

This included an L shaped barrier to the rear of the property with a corner post. This was due to the historic doors opening out and our customer needing access during flood conditions.

The customer chose to have powder coated rails to match with the existing listed building. With so many entries to protect the customer had previously relied on sandbags but found issues. Such as, weight, environmental impact, and the clean-up element once used. The solution we have provided will have a much longer life span than sandbags.
